The Setting
Located at Wailea Golf Club, Gather on Maui offers something rare: dual views of Haleakala volcano and the ocean. You're elevated above the coast, giving photos a sense of grandeur.
The property has been thoughtfully designed with photography in mind. Every angle offers something beautiful.
Ceremony Sites
The Lower Knoll features a natural arch of bougainvillea with ocean views behind. It's intimate, colorful, and photographs beautifully.
The Molokini Lookout offers 360-degree views including Molokini crater, the ocean, and Haleakala. This is the spot for couples who want dramatic panoramic backdrops.
Reception Spaces
The venue scales beautifully. The Lower Pond area accommodates around 30 guests for intimate receptions. The Upper Pond handles 40 guests with more space to spread out.
The South Dining Room offers indoor space for 40 guests with those same incredible views through large windows. For larger weddings up to 200 guests, the full lawn is available.
The Food
Unlike many venues that require outside catering, Gather has an excellent on-site restaurant. The cuisine is modern Hawaiian with locally-sourced ingredients.
All-inclusive packages simplify planning significantly. The food is genuinely good, not just 'wedding venue food.'

The orientation of the property means the light is right throughout the afternoon and evening. We never fight harsh shadows or blown-out backgrounds here.
There are easily 5+ distinct portrait locations within the property, so we can create variety without traveling far. And the staff understands the flow of wedding days and works with us seamlessly.
